Monthly you can expect to receive a personalized newsletter from John and his team. Besides having important information about the market and economy you will also find funny stories about John and his family under the Gossip section. Rumor has it there are sometimes funny client stories or pictures from a recent client party – keep your eyes open at the next event for the camera.

In addition to the newsletter, you will also receive an Activity Calendar. With John having multiple offices our clients enjoy knowing when John will be in certain parts of the country. Quarterly his clients also receive a check-in phone call and a personal note. John likes to stay up-to-date with his clients’ lives on a personal level – everything from new grandbabies to upcoming travels. By proactively contacting his clients, the clients have opportunities to share any changes that may impact their retirement or lifestyle as well.

After your first year (which includes quarterly meetings), depending on your specific needs, you will at least see John face-to-face yearly. Some clients see him as frequently as quarterly.  Depending on your current situation you can rest assured that John Navin will stay by your side through the years.

Beyond John’s own practice, you will also have access to local experts on everything from attorneys to dog sitters to photographers. John takes great pride in bringing people together and sharing services.

Customer Care. It seems this is something that has gone by the wayside these days and John’s team does everything they can to provide the BEST customer service possible. From having a real person answering the phone to returning messages, John and his team take great pride in not only providing great customer service but knowing every client on a first name basis.

Perhaps the most fun are John’s event, parties and charity organizations. At least quarterly John likes to have an event or workshop for his clients. They’ve done everything from a Mardi Gras Murder Mystery Dinner to workshops on funding your trusts. When you get your invitations, check to see if the event is open to just clients or if you can bring a friend. By providing private and public events, John’s clients not only get to build a better relationship with John but also with each other.
